How booking works

- Confirmed: you receive the confirmation and the departure instructions.
Bookings are made in 4-hour blocks (11 a.m. – 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. for cruisers and yachts; 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. for pontoons). The important rules to know
- Identity: the Interac e-Transfer must be sent by the booking holder. This person must be present at departure and present an official photo ID bearing the same name. Transfers from a third party are not accepted.
- Changes and cancellation: any request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the start of the rental. The deposit may be refunded under the applicable conditions; administrative fees may be withheld.
- Captain: rentals are offered without a captain included. A captain may be available upon request depending on the boat and availability.
- Capacity: the maximum capacity shown on each boat page must be respected at all times.
